My September SPLITS series IS BACK, and we start on September 2nd. So, if you're an aerialist/poler/acrobat who wants to work on splits flexibility, but you don't have the attention span or time for hour-long flexibility classes... Hi, hello, you are in good company 🙋♀️ You're also exactly who I made this flexibility series for. Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, my new virtual flexibility series focuses on ALL THE SPLITS...with a heavy emphasis on ACTIVE FLEX work. And YES, we will be sticking with my popular "bite-sized" flexibility format (two 30 minute classes per week instead of one 60 minute class) and will specifically target active flexibility for square splits, middle splits, and pancake. This 6-week course has both LIVE and PRE-RECORDED elements: Twelve live classes (two 30 min classes per week) and SIX pre-recorded classes. The live classes will be held twice a week on Zoom (attendance is optional, and recordings are always included). Here's the schedule:

Cost: $99 for ALL OF IT: Twelve 30-minute classes, four pre-recorded mobility flows (10 mins), and two hour-long pre-recorded classes.
