If you'd like to purchase the recordings, click here!βIt's a terrifying time to be in the US right now, and it's hard not to feel helpless as I watch the government around me quickly transforming into a fascist dictatorship. In (what feels like) one fell swoop, this administration is demolishing decades of civil rights progress for the LGBTQ community, women, minorities, and immigrants. Like most of us, I've been feeling helpless and overwhelmed (I know, the "overwhelm" is kind of the point). AND like most of us, I can't (and probably shouldn't) just stop working to fully process what's going on. Instead, I'm doing my very best to find ways to enact meaningful change while the world keeps spinning. Last week, I taught a 2-day "Splits Diagnostics" workshop. I told folks at the beginning of day 1 that I would be donating 50% of the proceeds from all future purchases of the workshop recording to nonprofits who are fighting back against this administration, and so that's I'm doing now.
