This splits series follows my bite-sized flexibility class format (30 minute classes per week instead of 60 minute classes), and focuses on square splits, middle splits, and pancake flexibility. All classes are "follow-along" style.
You will get instant access to the following:
- Eight 30-minute flexibility classes (4 focusing on square splits and 4 focusing on pancake and middle splits),
- Two hour-long splits classes covering square splits, middle splits, and pancake, and
- Four 10-minute mobility flows to supplement the above classes on days that you're too busy to fit in a full session.
The intention behind this series is that you aim to complete two 30 minute classes per week, and then mix and match the 60 minute classes and the 10-minute mobility flows into your weekly routine, based on your schedule and goals.
The 30 minute weekly classes were originally part of the series taught in January 2025. You will have access to these recordings for one year.
