This 2 hour workshop recording is based around my standardized shoulder assessment, which I engineered specifically to pick up all the areas of weakness & injury risk that a "normal" (non-circus) physio doesn't typically include in their assessments.
I'll lead you through each specific shoulder test - with clear pass/fail criteria - to help uncover your shoulder's areas of vulnerability to injury. After each assessment, I'll give you multiple exercises and variations that will help you directly address each problem area so you can bulletproof your shoulders, decrease your injury risk, and optimize performance. At the end of the workshop, you will have a comprehensive injury-prevention plan of exercises, mobility drills, and stretches specific to YOU and your body!
