This follow-along backbending series is comprised of "bite-sized" flexibility classes (two 30 minute classes per week instead of one 60 minute class), and focuses on active flexibility for backbending and spinal twists.

You will get instant access to the following:

  • Eight 30-minute flexibility classes (3 focusing on upper back & shoulders, and 3 focusing on upper back and hips, and 2 focusing on spinal twists),
  • Two hour-long backbending classes
  • Four 10-minute mobility flows to supplement the above classes on days that you're too busy to fit in a full session.

The intention behind this series is that you aim to complete two 30 minute classes per week, and then mix and match the 60 minute classes and the 10-minute mobility flows into your weekly routine, based on your schedule and goals.

All of these are pre-recorded follow along classes from the series held in February 2025.
