This 3-part workshop will teach students and coaches how to pragmatically self-assess the most common limiting factors in splits flexibility acquisition AND how to address them with the most efficient, progressive exercises & programming strategies.
Positions covered: square splits, middle splits, and pancake flexibility.
Tools needed:
An angle measuring app (details on this are at the end of the first lecture), 2-3 yoga blocks, a rolled up towel or mobility peanut, a few mini bands or looped theraband, yoga strap or dog leash, and a medium resistance superband AND a sturdy anchor point (a heavy desk, table, pole, stall bars, etc)
