🎉January SPLITS series: next week!

Last month, I switched up my normal flexibility series format from teaching one class a week for 4 weeks to teaching TWO 30-minute classes per week...and y'all, it was SO MUCH FUN. I got great feedback from students about this format swap, because let's be honest...it's SO much easier to train consistently when you only have to carve out 30 minutes instead of a full hour!

So this month, by popular demand, I will be continuing this bite-sized format for our flexibility series...but this time, the focus is on SPLITS: square splits, middle splits, and pancake flexibility. AND WE START NEXT TUESDAY!

This 4-week splits course has both LIVE and PRE-RECORDED elements: Eight LIVE classes and SIX pre-recorded classes.

The live classes are the two 30-minute weekly classes on zoom (attendance is optional, recordings are included). Our 30 minute square splits classes will be on Tuesdays at 10am pacific, and our middle splits and pancake class will be on Fridays at 10am pacific. Did I mention we start next week?!

Because I want this series to be as malleable as our flexibility goals, I'm also including SIX pre-recorded classes that you'll get access to immediately upon registering. You can mix and match them into each week, depending on how much extra time you have and how often you'd like to be training. Upon registering, you'll get access to:

  • Two full-length, 60-minute splits classes, and
  • FOUR 10-minute mobility flows to supplement your splits training.

And yes, ALL recordings from both the live and pre-recorded classes are included and available for streaming until JUNE 1st.

Class dates & deets:

Tuesdays at 10am PST: 30 minute square splits class (January 7, 14, 21, & 28)

Fridays at 10am PST: 30 minute middle splits and pancake class (January 10, 17, 24, & 31)

Level: This is an ALL LEVELS class series.

Tools needed: mobility peanut, foam roller, 2-3 yoga blocks, a rolled up towel, and several resistances of mini bands.

Recordings: Included & available for streaming until June 1st, 2025.

Cost: $74 for ALL OF IT: Eight 30-minute classes, four pre-recorded mobility flows (10 mins), and two hour-long pre-recorded classes.

Y’ALL. That is $0.19 per minute of class 👀
